worst Customer Service in the audio businesses I have come across, TWICE charging me even though no subscription is shown on my account, scam, you would get a quicker response from a message pigeon than a reply from them to reply to an email

Extremely clunky and buggy software, very little in the way of flexibility, and the AI is a huge disappointment. Many features do not work as described. Sounds honestly pretty bad too, things gets washy very quickly, lose a lot of clarity. Customer support has been useless so far.
Also, the GUI doesn't work, even tho my computer is up to date and not struggling at all.
This is the second instance that Izotope has given me terrible customer service. I am trying to have them deactivate my license for Excaliber because I don't have that computer anymore. It fried in a lightning strike and I cannot get into it to transfer my license to a new machine. It is odd that I only am allowed one authorization for this software. All of my other software allows for multiple authorizations, so no problem there. I contacted customer service 3 times in the last 7 days and I have got no response AT ALL. I have well over $1500.00 dollars worth of their hardware and software and I really wanted to use Excaliber on a time-sensitive project. If this was the first time I have had this kind of problem with them responding in a prompt manner I would be more forgiving. They do have great products, but the competition has caught up with them in the last several years so I have decided to never purchase anything from then again, and I am telling everyone I know and work with what has happened. I don't even care anymore if they reset my single allowed authorization, the damage was done. For those who say they have had a great experience with Izotope, I am truly happy for you. I think consumers should also know about the not-so-good experiences as well. When I spend hundreds of dollars on a plug-in, I expect it to have excellent and prompt customer service with it. They don't have the market cornered like they used to so walking away from their product line causes no pain at all. I am making sure that people that are considering purchasing Izotope products know about my experience. When spending that much money, they SHOULD know. They have played with my livelihood and money for the last time.
